We have immediately conducted a comprehensive inspection of our housekeeping procedures and will arrange for mandatory retraining for our entire housekeeping team, emphasizing strict adherence to cleaning checklists for every corner of the guest rooms, including hard-to-reach areas like under furniture.We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the limited laundry facilities. We understand that it must have been frustrating to find the 2 washers and 2 dryers always occupied, especially for a family during a long stay. We are currently evaluating possible solutions, such as adjusting the operating hours of the laundry room or adding additional equipment if space permits, to better meet the needs of our guests.Moreover, we feel apologetic about the insufficient supply of towels for your family of 4—providing only 3 bath towels and 3 hand towels was clearly an oversight. We have reminded our front desk and housekeeping teams to proactively confirm the number of guests upon check-in and ensure that toiletries and linens are prepared in adequate quantities according to the actual number of occupants.As for the issue with the door-activated light that turns off automatically when the door is opened or closed, we have reported this problem to our maintenance department for an immediate check and repair.
